HALFPENNY GREEN AT WAR
The Northern Fourties Re-enactment group are bringing the war to Wolverhampton?s Halfpenny Green Airport, on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May, 2011. Displays will be featured between and inside the hangars of this former wartime airfield.
But this is not an exclusively Northern Forties only event - if your group wants to come along to join in with the fun, you are more than welcome to do so. All re-enactment groups with static displays and military vehicle owners are invited to join to make this a major new attraction in the area. They welcome Allied and Axis forces (no SS), period civilians and Womens Land Army to come along and muck in for the weekend.

Saturday evening dance/entertainment with sit down dinner (entrance fee includes meal) ?15 per head and must be booked in advance.
Please note, this is a display event and is intended for groups and individuals who have period militaria and civilian displays to show to the public.
Admission for members of the public and re-enactors not part of a displaying group will be ?4 adults; ?2 children under 16; Free entry for Veterans, Senior Citizens and children under 10.
Free entry to re-enactors with static displays and/or appropriate period vehicle.
